If you’re in the market for a ballast that can maintain your business’ lighting system during a blackout, our FBP1000-4PST emergency backup ballast is the one for you. This model is suitable for both high and low temperature indoor environments, delivering emergency power to any 13-50 watt linear fluorescent light fixture.

By utilizing your already-established fluorescent lighting source, this battery pack is able to provide 90 minutes of brilliant radiance in complete darkness. It operates in conjunction with several commercial fluorescent and compact fluorescent bulb types such as T8, T10, T9, T12 as well as single, double and triple-tube 4-pin CFLs.

Application

The FBP1000-4PST emergency CFL ballast draws power from the same branch circuit as your general lighting and will remain in standby while the AC is flowing. It can be installed inside, on top of or within a plenum or drop-down ceiling, away from the light unit.

External Specifications

The case is made of durable 20-gauge steel and painted with a high temperature powder coat paint finish that protects from corrosion. Its thin housing permits for frame mounting on most lower-level luminaries.
